RREEF Sells Oak Park Business Center
Investor Buys Flex Bldg. for $3 Million; NAI Welsh to Handle Leasing
RREEF sold the Oak Park Business Center in Eden Prairie to Tom Eakins for $3.02 million, or approximately $75 per square foot.
Built in 1983, the single-story flex building is at 9947 Valley View Road and consists of 40,138 square feet of office/showroom/warehouse space with a ceiling height of approximately 12 feet. Eakins will occupy 9,783 square feet and has retained NAI Welsh to handle leasing of the remaining space.
Jeff Jiovanazzo and Scott Frederiksen of NAI Welsh represented the seller. Dave Johnson of Coldwell Banker Burnet represented the buyer.
